Order preparation

Orders are prepared within 48 working hours. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 days after dispatch. This is an estimate and may vary during busy periods or in the event of carrier checks.

When an item is offered for pre-order, this is shown on its product page. An additional period of up to 14 working days may then apply before dispatch.

Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it is sent to you by email. Please check your spam folder.

Delivery address

Check your name, address and postcode carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at sweetberryinf@gmail.com. Changes are no longer guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, damaged or marked-as-delivered parcel

Contact us with your order number. We will make the necessary enquiries with the carrier and assist you until the matter is resolved.
