RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 20 days from receipt of your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.
Requesting a return
- Email sweetberryinf@gmail.com with your order number and the item or items concerned.
- We will send you the instructions and return address.
- Send your parcel with tracking and keep your proof of postage until you receive your refund.
Acceptance conditions
Items must be unworn except for trying on, unwashed, undamaged, free from odours and returned with their original tags. Incomplete items or items showing signs of use may be subject to a reduction in value.
Return costs
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item received is defective, damaged or different from the item ordered. In that case, contact us before sending anything so that we can arrange the return.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order. They include the price of the returned items and, where you withdraw from the entire order, the original standard delivery costs. We issue refunds within the applicable statutory period; reimbursement may be deferred until the returned items are received or proof of dispatch is provided.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account then depends on your bank or payment provider.
Defective item or order error
Email sweetberryinf@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Your statutory guarantees remain fully applicable.
